Featuring a potent blend of attributes the Cannondale Trail
SE 3 Mountain Bike promotes an enthused and precise ride across a full spectrum
of off-road terrain no matter its technicality or severity.
Responsiveness for lively climbing and nimble cornering is
catered for by the lightweight and laterally stiff SmartForm C2 alloy frame.
The seatstays of this frame have a dropped format and are also tuned via
Cannondale’s SAVE micro-suspension format to help level irregular surfaces and
increase rear wheel traction under power. Joining the frame in unison is the
RockShox Judy Silver TK fork that increases trail accuracy and reduces fatigue
markedly thanks to its 120mm of plush travel.
The 29" wheelset rolls with stunning efficiency thanks
to its larger circumference reducing the strike angle of the biggest rock and
roots littered across the trail. This composure is matched by the balanced
frameset geometry that also donates agility for technical cornering. Riding
across any topography is facilitated by the wide-ranging and crisp changing
Shimano Deore gear setup. Shimano also provides the hydraulic disc brakes that
stop with composure under any weather condition.
The ride is completed thoroughly by the dropper seatpost that
can be lowered in an instant to supply extra control on fast and technical
descents.
